Great base

Great location. Next to Central train and bus station. Many attractions nearby. Rooms are small, but comfy, and after all I only really slept and showered there as I was out most of every day. It is a great base if you want to get out and about. The staff are really nice and friendly, and very helpful. I was in room 603 and had a great view of the Canal and central station. I would stay here again. Good price for its location as well.

I arrived in Malmö having had my reservation in another hotel canceled, with no options provided. I made a last minute reservation at Moment Hotel and was happy to know there was a person at the reception. The young man was kind and immediately solved my problem by giving me a room, when I was otherwise left stranded at 2:00 am by the other hotel. I am very grateful for the immediate support I received in those terrible circumstances. Thank you.

Rent och fint, motsvarade förväntningarna utifrån bilder på hemsidan. Lite labyrintiskt, men det lär man sig ju! Enda lilla att ha synpunkter på är att de inte har förstått att man inte kan dricka te ur kaffemuggar, så för att få en någorlunda kopp te av rimlig storlek hänvisades man till pappermuggar vid frukosten. Ska man ändå diska muggar kan man väl diska muggar av olika storlek också?

Nära stationen men mkt små dubbelrum

Bokade ett dubbelrum med dubbelsäng och fick ett mycket litet rum med en säng som stod mot en vägg och var max 140 cm - vilket inte räknas som dubbelsäng. Inte ett rum man bor i två personer för att umgås, inga fåtöljer fanns heller. Dubbelrummet är mer som ert vanligt enkelrum och passar bra till en person. Skum placering av tvn, få kanaler och mkt dålig mottagning. Men ok, trevlig personal och ok utbud på frukosten. Bra centralt läge vid stationen med en jättefin terrass på andra våningen.
