The Hotel is located in a nice area close to restaurants, coffe shops, parks and malls. The personnel is always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is always good! Rooms are clean.

Staff were great, ample breakfast variety, comfortable room that was well maintained and kept clean by staff. Minimal noise between rooms. Pizza in restaurant was amazing. Terrific location that allowed me to jog daily. Plus the new Metro is close.

Hotel Finlandia was a wonderful place to stay during my time in Quito. The location is absolutely perfect, close to great restaurants, parks, and in a very safe area, which made walking around feel comfortable both during the day and at night. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and overall, the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room didn’t have air conditioning. While the weather in Quito is generally mild, it would’ve been nice to have the option, especially during warmer afternoons. Still, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Very nice hotel in good location. Wasnt too loud of an area and plenty of restaurants within walkig distance. The free breakfast was minimal , noticed the ones for the pay restaurant looked better. Other then that nice hotel and.would stay again if ever in Quito

Hotel Finlandia is a good safe place to stay

Hotel Finlandia is in the middle of New Quito which makes it easily accessible for business. The room was large and had everything one needs for a trip. The service was very good. I was underwhelmed with the breakfast options but it wasn't a bad buffet. Just missing some items for people who need to eat low carb. Loved having the elevator.

Everything was good apart from the parking. I chose to park my car myself but I had a big car and the underground parking was difficult. Otherwise a good hotel in a good and safe area. Adequate security present. Front desk spoke English. All info from the booking was available to them. Check-in and checkout very easy. Breakfast was good. Only there for one night

This was my 2nd stay at the Hotel Finlandia and I love the location. Very easy walk to numerous restaurants, shopping and to the park where one can catch the hop on, hop off bus.... U wish they would upgrade the cable, as the only English speaking channel was CNN, which I refuse to watch. I don't know if I got the Expedia upgrade or not, as it was never brought up. Twice, I had to ask for another towel, as they only provided one bath towel for the two of us, but they were quick to supply a second towel.

Es increíble que pague por una habitación grande para dos personas y me dieron una pequeña para una persona porque no llegué con la segunda absurdosi pagué Grande . No tienen plancha ni prestan sino el negocio redondo debe uno utilizar la lavandería de ellos y pagar. Para ir al gimnasio se debe bajar al lobby para que ellos con una tarjeta en el ascensor le den acceso. El agua caliente no existe nunca salió por más que me dijeron que dejara abierto el agua 5 minutos que es eso el desperdicio mientras el mundo entero cuidando el agua
