Great stay!

Great hotel, very clean, great free breakfast, friendly staff, very helpful owner who knows the area well and helped me with all my questions. Pool was nice and cleaned daily. Quieter area on the edge of town where you can hear the ocean waves yet an easy walk into town and to beach. No problem walking across the sand path a few blocks to SJDS.

This is a nice house with a lot of potential to be better. This is really like an air B & B not a hotel feel. It NEEDS MAINTENANCE BIG TIME. THE breakfast & the bed are good but could be better. OVER ALL THERES A Beautiful VIEW TO THE BAHIA & close to restaurants & businesses.

Excelente atención

Excelente atención, muy bien atendidos. La ubicación frente a la playa da una vista preciosa a San Juan del Sur. Sin embargo la playa frente al hotel está muy sucia. El hotel necesita mantenimiento, pero lo compensa la excelente atención del personal y la vista que tiene. La zona es muy tranquila, apta para salir a caminar por la playa. El hotel está cerca del Cristo, por lo que es excelente para fotografías.

This place has been my favorite stay in San Juan del sur. Rooms are cute and the view from the second floor is amazing! The staff was nice, especially for the breakfast that’s included, they went above and beyond with the service. This will be my go to hotel when I go back to SJdS

Bathroom doesn’t flush properly. No toilet paper in main bathroom to use in place. Person working didn’t know where to find toilet paper. Noisy with other guest using common area. Very dissapointed with this place. Only positive is the location and view.

L'hôtel offre le meilleur déjeuner que nous avons eu au Nicaragua. Il n'y a qu'une seule option, mais elle est très complète avec un bol de fruit, un jus/smoothie, une omelette jambon/fromage et des fèves et riz. Excellent! Nous avions la moins belle chambre de toute (sans vue et sans accès au balcon du 2e), mais ça ne m'a pas empêcher de profiter des lieux. Le climatiseur fonctionne. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. Je suis satisfaite. La position de l'hôtel est parfaite! Nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville, mais juste assez loin pour ne pas avoir le bruits des auberges de jeunesses et de la discothèque de plage. J'ai adoré marcher en ville par la plage. Pendant nos 3 nuits à cet hôtel, nous avons vu plus de personnes du Nicaragua que de touristes internationaux. Pour moi, cela confirme que c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix
