Friendly staff, only good thing to say. There is clearly a big management problem in this Hotel. The Hotel needs large renovations. Not what you expect when you book a 5-star hotel. Black mold in the shower. Curtains is dirty and has holes in them. Several handprints on windows in the room. I ordered non smoking double-room got a smoking room, after complaining got a twin bed room with sea-view. At the restaurant ordered gluten-free pasta got regular pasta. They don’t sell alcohol and bringing outside food and drinks to room is forbidden it says on signs at hotel but nowhere stated in the booking. I have been in nicer hostels than this “5-star hotel”
