Great Hotel

The room was a lot bigger than I was expecting. Very comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. The hotel is very well looked after. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The valet parking is something I have not experienced before and was very impressive. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. I would have liked a bit more choice for breakfast but everything was nice. The hotel is in a very busy area so traffic is quite heavy. I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It's a great location for exploring Geneva. It was a quick walk to the metro where we could take the train or go to the lake. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Our room with the balcony that overlooked the lake was well worth the extra splurge.

Hotel is in a good location and rooms are very spacious. Considering the high price and the fact that it is a four star hotel, I was expecting more in terms of quality and amenities : no coffee machine or complementary water in the room, very thin and worn towel on first day, average breakfast.

Been staying there a few times when in Lausanne. While the price is being relatively low for most of my trips, the utter inconvenience of lack of proper aircon during summer months and sometimes lukewarm water in the shower during the winter doesn't justify the lower prices IMO.

Fabulous hotel in Lausanne

Loved this hotel, a very luxurious feel to it. Rooms were spacious and we had an adjoining room which was just as large and even had a bath and shower. It is situated quite high up, so would be quite a climb if not too fit, however there is a free travel pass in Lausanne (and in Switzerland) that you will be given for metro, buses and trains. We had the buffet breakfast which was tasty and set us up for the day. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and gave us advice on what to see etc plus a city map.

We had a lake view room but fronts a very busy street so it was noisy. We stayed 2 nights and had no maid service or room amenities which was disappointing. The valet parking was awesome tho and the restaurant was convenient and good for dinner. If I’m ever in Lausanne again I would opt to stay on water front instead of old town for less noise and greater walkability.
