Great!

It was actually really great. The room was spacious and clean. I ate dinner at their restaurant and the black tagliatelle with scampi was delicious. As I had to leave the hotel early I asked the reception for breakfast to go. When I received my breakfast it was a huge amount, enough both for breakfast and lunch, and it was really good. The salad included was probably the best salad I have ever had.

Chyba jestem upierdliwy ale tam zawsze coś nie tak

Wszystko byłoby naj… gdybym nie musiał dopłacić do pokoju z jednym dużym łóżkiem zamiast dwóch mikroskopijnych. Przydzielono mi bowiem coś jak na koloniach dla nastolatków. Jak poprzednio, na śniadaniu kłopot z świeżym pieczywem. Jakieś było ale skórka ani ciepła ani chrupiąca. Spa jak zawsze fajne.

Odwiedzajcie Zamość, historia i dobre jedzenie.

Zamość zaskoczył nas kompletnie, aż dziw bierze, że polskie miasto może być takie fajne.

JESTEM WYMAGAJĄCY

Cztery gwiazdki i wygórowana cena chyba tylko za SPA.. Łóżko małżeńskie wygodne ale wąska, praktycznie jednoosobowa kołdra. Po interwencji dodano drugą. Pokój niewygodny, ze skośnym sufitem. W nocy można nabić sobie guza. Pościel mocno zużyta. Personel bardzo miły ale w Zamościu to standard. Trafiliśmy na sezon wesel więc łomot i kłopot z parkowaniem ale rozkład pokoi w stosunku do sal balowych dobrze pomyślany i nie słychać. Rewelacyjna oferta śniadaniowa.

Ok hotel to stay in Zamość, quite good breakfast and spacious room. However the details are not satisfactory: way from the room to the restaurant is a labirynth, some dishes not available, etc.

Potrzebne zmiany ale OK

Lubię ten hotel. Niedaleko od Rynku, fajny basen i duże pokoje. denerwują jednak szczegóły. Tym razem ręczniki były stare, siwe (kiedyś białe), z obdartymi i wystrzępionym brzegami. W pokoju 132 mydelniczka pod prysznicem obrośnięta jest kamieniem i mydłem. Sejf ponownie był zamknięty. Kołdry a raczej koce nie licują z kategorią hotelu. Bułki na śniadaniu nadal blade i bez smaku ale cała reszta śniadania super mimo, ze zawsze to samo.

Obsługa miła, wybrałem najdrozszy apartement, niestety był niezgodny z opisem- nie było dwóch podwójnych łóżek, jak w opisie. Pełno zdechłych much- pokazałem to obsludze. Kolega zamówił bezpośrednio najtańszy pokój i otrzymał kupony na bezpłatny obiad, ja zamówiłem apartament przez hotels.com i nie otrzymałem nic, poza zdechłymi muchami. Standard obiektu niski, nieadekwatny do cen. Nikt z kierownictwa nie pragnał wyjasnić ani przeprosić za zdechle robactwo ani niezgodność pokoju z opisem, chociaż obsługa była uprzejma.

Hôtel à Zamosc, en bordure de ville

Ce dimanche là, un très grand concert (avec les stars polonaises) avait lieu sur la place centrale (rynek). Nous l'avons constaté à l'affluence des personnes en ville, aux parkings saturés et aux bouchons générés. Personne à l'hôtel ne nous avait prévenus de ce fait. Cela nous aurait évité un déplacement. Et le restaurant de l'hôtel a été fermé, inopinément, sans information du client.

Fantastic Zamosc stopover

Stayed overnight for business. Room was of a high standard with excellent air conditioning system! Ate dinner in the restaurant - food was traditional Polish to a very high standard. Checked out at midday and was able to stay in the restaurant area and complete some work. All staff very polite and helpful throughout my stay - on disappointed I didn't have time to try the spa!

Ok jak zawsze; fajne pokoje i basen ale zmienić trzeba dostawce pieczywa na śniadanie Problem był z ciepłą wodą. Początkowo leciała tylko zimna, pózniej do wyboru gorąca lub zimna Fajne spa; basen i sauna sympatyczne, czasami dużo ludzi ale spa to chyba najbliższa cześć hotelu

najgorsze jest, że nie ma innej alternatywy

Hotel na obrzeżach Zamościa ale taksówki niedrogie. Pokoje i śniadania przeciętne. Niby wszystko z zadęciem ale nie czuć tam 4-gwiazdek. Gniazdek elektrycznych przy łóżkach brak. Jednego dnia nie było ciepłej wody. Stare, twarde poduszki. Wyżywienie monotonne i nijakie (raczej weselne). Fajne centrum odnowy z basenem i sauną. Bezpłatny parking. Generalnie polecam ale poniżej oczekiwań.
