No geral nada a reclamar do hotel, localização perfeita, café da manhã bem servido e quartos dentro do aceitável! Não sei se todos os quartos são iguais, porém tomadas de 3 pinos já é o padrão do Brasil a muito tempo e não ter nos quartos, foi meio desagradável e pior ainda é a recepção não ter adaptador! Então como em todas as viagens as vezes eu preciso trabalhar com o notebook, tive que descer pra ficar na recepção ou sentar no chão do corredor para utilizar o notebook. No mais, o hotel é bom, já está meio antigo!

Infelizmente as expectativas relacionadas ao preço pago pelo quarto não foram atendidas. Box do chuveiro cheio de limo e mofo, camas muito antigas e barulhentas, cheiro de mofo no quarto, paredes descascando por todo o hotel, carpete do corredor imundo, todo esse relato fiz na recepção no checkout e me ignoraram e disseram que não seria ali que eu teria que reclamar. Única alegria foi o café da manhã que era completo

Achamos a espera para o check in demorado, e quando foi feito, nos deram as chaves de um quarto que estava ocupado. Por sinal, chegamos a entrar no quarto e nos deparamos com outros hóspedes lá. Com isso, tivemos que retornar a recepção para nos encaminharem ao quarto correto. A internet só funcionava para whatsapp e mais nada, péssima. O café da mãe estava bom, mas já nos hospedamos outra vez e achamos que nessa hospedagem, deixou um pouco a desejar. Elogiamos o espaço kids, muito bem equipado e atrativo. A localização é muito boa.

Hotel está velho, sem reformas básicas. Roupas de cama velhas e sem cuidados, ar condicionado velho e sem manutenção. Café da manhã longe do que se espera encontrar em Gramado. Hotel já foi bom, isso há uns 10 anos atrás.

Levamos praticamente 1 hora para fazer o chek in parecia mais a fila do SUS. Quanto ao quarto é amplo, porém estava com um cheiro forte de mofo. Na parte da manhã enquanto estavamla descansando a camareira simplismente abriu a porta para verificar se faltava alguma coisa na geladeira, simplismente uma falta de respeito. Não volto mais.

Boa estadia, apesar de ser um hotel mais antigo. Os quartos não passam por reforma já faz um tempo, o que fiquei em específico tinha manchas no chão do banheiro, o batente da porta estava solto, as cortinas das janelas eram pequenos e as frestas da porta iluminavam o quarto em demasia durante a noite. O café estava ok. O bom do hotel é a localização.
