The hotel decor looks like it's from the 80s, but was well maintained and lookes new. That and the EU centric theme added to the unique ambience. The room was air conditioned and had all the conveniences, plus the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It’s conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from the old town. Easy to reach from the airport as well, just take the airport shuttle, then a short tram ride (3 stops), followed by under 5 minutes of walking. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which wasn’t mentioned on Hotels.com. The breakfast was quite basic, but aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wondeful location, just a few minutes from the main train station and the square. The room was cute, well presented with double windows to prevent the noise but still able to open for some fresh air. Welcoming and very efficient service from reception staff, average breakfast, missing the baguette and the delicious croissants that one would expect when in France. Overall a great choice of a 3 8 star hotel, Merci!

Exquisitely clean hotel in the center of Montpellier. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke French and English. They even found some clothing I left behind and called when it was found. Free parking in the hotel lot. Tricky location to find because of Montpellier’s many one-way and circuitous streets. Some street noise from college students on a weekend night, but the hotel itself was very quiet. An excellent stay.

Our stay was very pleasant with great service from the staff especially Mathias at the front desk. It was a short walk to Place de Comedie where the action is abundant with lots of food choices. We enjoyed a couple of dinners at IT (Italian Trattoria?) and one at Green Lab (healthy choice). Overall a nice visit

Budget friendly and clean hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable but it only had one very small pillow which was uncomfortable. The lights go off very quickly leaving you in the dark for eco reasons

Very nice, comfortable place

Very nice hotel with a charming, young staff. The room in which we stayed, called Norvege, strangely had no windows. It did have skylights, which can be opened. It also required carrying baggage up a spiral staircase. All do-able, but perhaps not the best for those who are not agile. All that said, we had a lovely time. Great breakfasts and a good location within walking distance of the Place de la Comedie and lots of eateries.

I checked in the Hôtel Eurociel without any bites and came out two days later covered in bites all over my body. When i wrote to the hotel they said (predictably) that they had never had bedbugs and had inspected the room carefully. They didn't even bother to apologise, but said I could have a preferential rate if I stayed again - as if!
