In the university area, access difficult due to extensive roadworks taking place around the local area leading to the hotel. Private car park opposite, 5 min stroll to the ferry to the centre, free ferry during certain times.

Great hotel

Great hotel, was there for four days with kids, close to the city with ferry that runs every 20 minutes. Really good service, oriented towards the customers… great spa with two jacuzzis and one hot tub on the roof as well as sauna. Great breakfast buffet, only thing that I would improve is the dinner menu as it’s almost like you’re in a pub, you have burgers, entrecote that was delicious and fish and chips to choose I expected a bit higher quality than that…

Hated everything about the hotel. Front desk are rude except for Kevin and one lady but the rest are rude. There is one resturant and with limited main dishes and closes afternoon. The rooms do not get cleaned properly and when I asked specifically for it to get cleaned. The breakfast is limited with the same items everyday. As a guest with allergy I was served a burger and I got sick with cramps and diarrhea. While I specified I have allergy . The location is thr worst . Far from everything . It is not located near anything.

It’s a nice and modern hotell, and considering it was new year there might be some excuse , but I still expect they might have some kind of service, but nothing, no restaurant or bar open and minibar empty to have some kind of refreshments available.

Room Service Problem

I asked for a room service for dinner. called the restaurant a few times with my cell phone because the rooms has no phones after four or fifth try I wanted to call reception directly. They took my order and told me that they are busy and cannot bring the food upstairs to my room, so I got dressed again go down and show that the restaurant isn’t crowded at all and three waiters are just standing there, I took the tray and went up to my room by myself without any apologies or something, I am a VIP customer of Radisson and stayed this hotel maybe 10 times. And the breakfast quality and buffet wasn’t good as before.

Superfint rum med fin utsikt, det var en gammal korv i kylen i rummet men jag har förståelse att städpersonalen har bråttom och mycket att göra. Helt okej frukost, tycker att iom att den kostar extra så borde det finnas mer lokal mat och sånt som gör det mer speciellt. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.
