The Bristol Best Western is a small, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Sofia. Excellent care and service are provided. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was abundantly displayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My small criticism is that the bathroom is quite dark, but it was excellent for mobility access.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, however the property is very dated and dark. Breakfast was very limited. I wouldn't rate this as a 4 star hotel more like a 2-3 star property.

Cold room, horrible food, nice staff

I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. The hotel is very outdated and won't deserve 4 stars. Even rating it as 3 stars would be too much. On the first night the central heating didn't work and the rooms were cold! No AC, at the desk we were only given one small dusty heater. We had to wear our outdoor clothes to sleep. In the morning, breakfast buffet was cold and food simply inedible. Cappuccino was horrible bitter. The dining hall was so cold that people were having their breakfast in winter coats. Spa was in the hotel, but not for the guests to use. Total disappointment. They asked 40 € to use their little sauna. Only decent thing about this hotel was the hotel staff that were very helpful. But still, would avoid at all cost.

This location is very convenient, I walked everywhere. The room is very clean; stuffs are ver nice. I am actually surprise how clean and good it is as I stayed in another ski resort in Bulgaria. The breakfast is also very good, various hot food and cold food options with deserts. Definitely a great stay; I would stay here again next visit.

Great service, they helped me to arrange a taxi in the middle of the night, as I had a to fly eraly morning. When they found out I was leaving at that time they organized for me a lunch box for the way. The location of the hotel is also good. Everything was very good

La struttura si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro che collega bene tutta la citta e anche l'aeroporto. Sempre a 10 minuti a piedi si è al centro della città. L'hotel è silenzioso e la camere comode con bollitore. La moquette a terra però era spesso macchiata e questo è lunico aspetto negativo. Buona la colazione con diversi tipi di alimenti dolci e salati per tutti i gusti. Consiglio la struttura.
