My favorite moments at the hotel was seeing smiling faces of all the staff and how pleasantly they interacted o personal level. I can't forget the way my request to taste the dessert "Malpua with Rabdi" was fulfilled by the staff. It was after years that I tasted this dessert which was tasty and had personal touch! Absolutely out of this world this hotel is a superb choice for anyone coming to Mumbai for a stay our group has been looked after so well the staff and management cannot do enough to help you and make you comfortable while you are here really really would come back here in fact I don’t think there is anywhere else I would stay while in Mumbai it really is that good will definitely return to the St Regis

I don't write any reviews but I had to for this establishment. This was the best hotel I've ever been to. I am very well traveled, have been around the world and unbiased. Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Every accommodation was made quickly and respectfully. When staff members know your name everywhere you go, that shows their dedication. W
