Fab hotel Clean and tidy A short taxi ride from the airport and regular bus service to palma. The food was exceptional massive choice and often something different every day. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and has a pool. No gym or spa. There seemed to be a lot of drunk germans about though

I loved the stay at the hotel; the staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. However, the only downside was the location of the smoking section, which was positioned right in front of the main entry door. Every time the doors opened, the cigarette smoke wafted directly into the lobby, making the air unpleasant for non-smokers. It would be great if the hotel could relocate the smoking area to a spot farther away from the entrance to enhance the overall experience for guests.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to beach and 3 mins walk from bus stop to get bus to Palma or airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Food very good and plenty of choice. The whole area of El Arenal seems to be full of Germans but that didn’t bother us - the staff at hotel and in nearby bars all spoke good English.

As an extra short notice holiday this was perfect. Reduced crowds enabled us to see the sights and visit locations that otherwise would be challenging logistically in high season. Really lovely staff - on reception and in the restaurant and bars. I checked-in really late and out really early with no problem at all. Housekeeping great too - did the room while I was at breakfast. Loved the buffets. Great location for the beach - you get some party goers but I quite liked that atmosphere and i never lost any sleep from them. Less than 10 minutes and €20 to the airport, less than an hour and €2 to palma city - and the bus stop is nearby too.

Hotel is half board ie. comes inclusive of buffet breakfast and dinner - only drinks needs to be paid for separately. The restaurant is extremely well run with good food, great variety of food in the buffet and fantastic service from the staff. They even prepared cold dinner platters for guests who check-in after the dinner service, which was very thoughtful as my flight was delayed and I arrived hungry. Overall I found our stay very worth it and would highly recommend.

The Hotel seemed a base for Stag/Hen groups, very noisy especially the dining room, unfortunately most of the guests had no idea how to queue for the Buffet. I would definitely not recommend this Hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful vacation !
