Lovely Hotel - and excellent staff!

The front desk staff, Cristina and Sandra were absolutely amazing! They answered many questions, made festival and location recommendations, and even assisted with obtaining a taxi. They both provided professional, friendly service with expertise and kind guidance. It was a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful hotel right near the cathedral and east to find. The staff are fabulous and helpful. The room was lovely, larger than expected, with a large bathroom, great shower and even a bidet! Very comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast buffet was great and included scrambled eggs and bacon. It was a lovely treat to stay here after finishing our Camino.

I had a number of requests from printing a document to storing bags, booking a 3AM taxi to airport, local info that I couldn’t find online, etc. Each time the front desk clerk either provided what was requested or ANTICIPATED that I’d need something and did it before I asked. Amazing service! The room, bed snd bathroom were exactly as advertised - on the small side but clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again after a 2023 Camino.
