Place can be a but clean and staff is to "serious" not so friendly. Around the property the area is dirty I understand is not their building but clean it regardless. Cleaning lady was amazing.

One Night Stay!

We stayed here for one night before heading to Tequila the next morning. Hotel is clean on the outside, Lobby and small restaurant area is clean. Room size is almost just like any other hotel room. We had two beds in our room and both were full size not queen and a little hard when laying on them. Complimentary food served in the morning was not all that. They served eggs, beans and flautas that were all cold. Juice and coffee were decent. In my opinion I wouldn’t stay there if I was back in Guadalajara.

We usually use this property for its proximity to the airport. The shuttle service offered is punctual, even at 3am. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Staff is great, except for the young waitress at the restaurant. She was rude and inpatient while taking our order. She then refused to honor the VIP food discount offered by Expedia.I had to go to frontdesk to ask about discount. Waitress followed me. She loudly refused. Desk staff had to walk to restaurant to speak with the person incharge. I do recommend this location. And I will stay here again.
