The staff are always friendly and helpful! Breakfast is very good! The restaurant food is good and better than the restaurants on the street. Location is excellent only few minutes to metro and the beach! We will come back and stay here again!

Excellent service and overall a great stay! I definitely recommend. Copacabana Beach is just right around the corner. The only negative is that I had very loud neighbors who were yelling late at night.

My room was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I am an Expedia Platinum member but did not receive an upgrade. Very disappointing. The location is great and it's just a two minute walk to the Copacabana beach. The hotel staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was fine.

The room was small, mold in the shower and one of the male staff was very rude when I checked in all because I asked for my forms in English before I sign anything. He refuse to give me a copy and said they’ll email it but NEVER DID. Then proceeded to say I couldn’t check in unless I signed because it’s the same thing on the Internet. He had a fade with curly bangs. I took a picture and will gladly send it wherever, I’m glad I landed first because I was able to switch my employees hotel to the Marriott and I made sure I didn’t pay for a single meal at the hotel. That one employee attitude cost them BIG! I flew from America and this was my first time in Brazil and using this hotel brand. I’LL STICK THE THE BRANDS I KNOW!
