Absolutely amazing for the first stay here! So central and everything is close nearby, Paddington station is a 10 minute walk away and there’s lots of restaurants and bars nearby! Also quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The location and lobby are fantastic, and all the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. I don’t recall everyone’s names, but I do remember Ali, as it’s an easy name for me—he was very polite, just like the rest of the team. Their hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable.

Only negatives were that housekeeping walked into the room without knocking 2 hours before check out (I was still asleep and she woke me) and the lights randomly turned on at 2am on the first night.
