This is a very nice resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. One thing to improve would be to lift the restrictions to order food from the swimming pools from 12 to 3 pm because they want to force people to go to the restaurants for lunch, but people should be free to choose.

Very nice hotel with a high standard of luxury and cleanliness. You won’t see much of other people in the hotel and it’s very quiet. The only negativ thing is, that hardly no one speaks English. So a few Spanish words are helpful.

Our stay was a story of love and hate. Love received from the staff of La Pergola restaurant who every morning gave us their best with smiles and courtesy. Big thanks to Naidys who assisted us in the emergency of one of my love ones. Hate from the group of people who showed up to the El Búho restaurant the same night we were dining there. These people were noisy, rude and without consideration to the other guests. No rules/ etiquette in the restaurant??? Too bad…

Disappointed with two things. First, I really wanted to get a massage while staying here. I tried contacting the property in advance but they were very hard to reach and told me that I would have to wait until arrival to book a spa appointment. When I eventually arrived and asked for an appointment there were no spots available during our stay. It was really important to me to get a massage and was the whole reason I booked a hotel with a spa. Really disappointing honestly.

Estuvimos en el Irotama Lago 5 noches el 5 de octubre de 2025 y fue genial, la calidad del personal y el servicio es excelente, siempre con amabilidad y una sonrisa sincera. El complejo tiene varias opciones de restaurantes, bares y piscinas y es muy apropiado para ir en familia y con niños. La playa es muy limpia y cuentan con kioskos y sillas gratis. La torre Lago tiene instalaciones que se ven como nuevas, y hay un salón de juegos para niños donde siempre hay una persona del hotel haciendo actividades con los niños (9am a 5pm). La habitación es muy espaciosa y comoda. Puedes llevar lo que quieras para comer y beber al hotel sin restricciones de uso, hasta puedes llevar tu licor a los restaurantes. Durante nuestra estadía hicieron varios eventos musicales en la noche y en la playa, también un evento para niños en la tarde con personajes de televisión.

Ein toller Ort um ein paar Tage am Strand zu geniessen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Diverse Pools…erholsames Ambiente. Tolles Frühstücks-Buffet! Restaurants im Inneren könnten etwas mehr Charme/Ambiente haben. Das Asiatische Restaurant hatte leider nicht viel mit asiatischer Küche zu tun. Aber sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt… tolle saubere Zimmer…
