Hotel recomendable, buena experiencia

Fue una muy linda estadía, el hotel es cómodo y confortable. Las instalaciones son correctas, la habitación en nuestro caso fue muy amplia, con balcón y con vista a la pileta, realmente muy linda. El personal es muy servicial, tuvimos un problema con el wifi y enseguida trataron de solucionarlo. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es muy practica, esta a pocas cuadras del shopping y hay varios restaurantes y comercios a pie. El desayuno es buffet, abundante, correcto y no tuvimos que esperar a pesar de que era un fin de semana largo. Sin dudas volveríamos y lo recomendamos.

O local é bom, com boa estrutura. Não gostei do valor de cobrança do estacionamento, equivalente US$ 20 por dia. E o café da manhã tambem ê muito comedido, não é livre, com poucas opções de alimentos, frutas, geleias e pães, devendo ser escolhida uma unica opção entre as disponíveis e sem poder repetir as porções.

Pouco café da manhã

O hotel é bom mas com certeza pode melhorar em muitos aspectos. O café da manhã que está incluso na verdade é somente um prato que pode ser escolhido no cardápio e faz com que você tenha que pedir mais algum prato ou até mesmo uma simples porção de ovos mexidos a parte. A comida não é muito boa pelo preço, o hotel AWA ao lado oferece opções e qualidade melhores. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom e grande porém o blecaute não fecha nos cantos e entra bastante claridade. Em relação ao banheiro eu não sei como é nos outros quartos mas no meu quarto o jato do chuveiro saia todo torto um banho não muito bom. Em compensação a janela do banheiro por ser um quarto de do canto tinha uma janela bem grande que iluminava muito bem. A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto do shopping

El hotel es muy bonito y la piscina y restaurante también, aunque excesivamente caro para lo que es. El personal de recepción nos trató muy mal a la llegada, yo tenía mi reserva pagada y no les aparecía, me sentí mal tratado como si les estuviera engañando. Estuve esperando una hora y media hasta que decidieron darme la habitación a las 16:00 de la tarde cuando se tiene que entrar a las 15:00.
