Second time staying at this Hotel. Lovely position off the Old Town and all front rooms have sea views with balcony. Peaceful at night as no clubs or bars near. Comfiest beds every and best Rituals toiletries. Lovely little cafe a few doors along called Refuel.

clean & basic room...friendly & helpful staff..sea view room was nice, not sure if it was value for money at just over £200 for 3 nights though..probably cost alot more during the peak season..also, the breakfast wasn't great as the hot selection of food wasn't replenished & the scrambled egg looked like it had been there a while..cold selection was ok but nothing special...
the shower was ok but could do with a little more power if possible

First time stay at this hotel even though we’ve been to Benidorm a few times now. The location and price made us book a front sea view room. Check in was a breeze with a nice friendly member of staff. Our room was spacious (506) and had two terraces overlooking Poniente beach. Breakfast was the only let down but perfectly adequate. Looking forward to going back in September 26 for a few days.

It was quiet to sleep which is good for Benidorm as it can be noisy in some hotels. The towels were very good quality nice and thick and they had Rituals (good quality brand name) shower gel, handwash and body and handcream in dispensers. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and I absolutely loved it. The room was wonderful — clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful seaside view. It had everything I needed.
The breakfast was fantastic, truly one of the highlights of my stay. The reception team was very friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any information I needed.
I will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. A perfect stay from start to finish!
