Incredible staff that always goes beyond the call of duty. A special thanks to chief butler, Faust Hong, who always makes me feel right at home. Great Views

Amazing views and great rooms! Restaurants shut early before 9.3O so went hungry! Bar is nice with similar great views but limited food! The bar on the 100th floor is shut though? Also strange but very limited English spoken by staff which is not my previous experience on staying at St Regis hotels in Asia!

不是第一次入住Regis，原本也很期待深圳這家，但這次入住體驗是非常失望！！若以這酒店品牌的服務水平來說，深圳St. Regis完全說不上他們一貫的水平。完全感受不到他們的優質服務接待客人。首先辦理入住時，前台人員態度冷酷，第一句不是說歡迎你好基本問候，而是直接問你是不是入住。沒表情沒沒笑容，而且不會主動完會講解入住酒店基本資訊，例如：退房時間、吃早餐時間、在什麼樓層吃早餐等…要我問一句入答一句。甚至他們引以為傲的管家服務，前台的他都沒有解釋介紹如何聯繫，只是簡單說一句：「掃這個二維碼就可以聯絡到。」原來這就是所謂的優質服務呀！反而在大堂接待的女士很熱情，辦理入住手續後主動帶我們乘坐電梯上客房，簡單介紹了一下。第一次是入住印度孟買的St. Regis, 那次體驗實在令人難以忘懷，所有服務都十分體貼入微！所以對今次深圳入住本來很有期待的，但為何會有這麼天淵之別！？實在感到非常之失望！

Stayed 2 nights in the Shenzhen suite. Conformable stay, good service by the staff. Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright.

Quite a bit below my high expectation

I have been having a high expectation in St.Regis Hotel but I guess it was quite a disappointing experience to me. The place was indeed having a magnificent views from both room and lobby, which food there taste good too. However, there are few things that need to concern before booking: 1.) you need to queue for breakfast for around 15 minutes. 2.) My room are having cigrattes smell which might be from other room through the venting system. Calling reception only giving me an air purification machine in the room. 3.) Swimming pool have no swim cap available to borrow.
