Necessita manutenção para manter o padrão

Tivemos que trocar de quarto (do 204 para o 403). O primeiro quarto tinha vários problemas que necessitam manutenção no banheiro: chuveiro fraco, vazamento do box/banheira, falta de toalhas de rosto, iluminação fraca, pia entupida, vaso sanitário também entupido. O segundo quarto era melhor, aparentemente a mesma categoria. Porém, também tem vazamento no box do banheiro, a água do chuveiro não esquentou, ficou no máximo morna e com pouca potência e também tinha somente uma toalha de rosto e amenities para uma pessoa só - estavamos entre 2.
