This clean hotel with gracious employees is conveniently located within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars. The Junior Suite with a kitchenette was a great accommodation as we visited the grocery store to purchase water, drinks and snacks for the room. The pool area is small, so lawn chairs are not available which could have made it more inviting. The pool temperature was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. The pool area was a little bit on the smaller side but relaxing. Breakfast is included and it was very good. The location and staff were great here. Nice layout, easy to get to rooms, and good value. The staff were all enthusiastic and hospitable. Would stay here again. The rooms could use to maintenance. One light was out and the safe didn't have batteries. Just small things. The shower was really nice and spacious.

Excellent location in LaPaz. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Daily cleaning excellent. Deep clean of fans etc, maybe needed and some new towels. We were 2 in the room and only one hand towel. Asked for an extra, and staff came quickly with one, but maid did not put in 2 the following days. Beds comfortable. Rooms could do with a bit of updating, furniture a bit worn. There is a coffeemaker in the room, but no filters or coffee. If there was a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room would have given a higher rating. Melt next door for breakfast was excellent.
