Room 326 initially given was noisy being close to external ventilation machinery. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us a quieter room and with a better view. Only downside is the hotel is dated, and the 2nd floor of block 3 smellt as if the drains were faulty. Overall a good hotel for the price.

Pics are not accurate

If I am booking superior room which is renovated on the pics... I would like to receive it. As per room service my room was superior because I had fridge, kettle and mineral water.

Great hotel very good value for money

Great staff from the chefs, barman, cleaners and entertainment. Nice location for 12 mins walk to beach, free shuttle or very cheap taxis, restaurants and pubs nearby on every street

Great hotel for price iv stayed in worse clean ,foods ok a little for everyone altho it's a bit of a free for all great location central to loads of shopping and the beach got checked in early that was a bonus as we arrived after an early morning flight entertainment not up to much but was ok we went out most nights

No Air Con, dirty bathroom, overcrowded

I stayed here for just one night and couldn’t wait to leave. The so-called air conditioning is a joke - it only blew hot air, and I didn’t get any sleep until 5:30 a.m. It should not be advertised as air conditioning at all. The rest of the hotel is no better, with none of the common areas properly cooled. The bathroom was dirty, with hairs and fingerprints left in the shower and on the surfaces. Everything is old & worn out. The pool area is overcrowded and chaotic, with no available seating. Sunbeds are “reserved” with towels for hours while no one uses them, making it impossible to relax. Definitely not worth the money.

The all-inclusive service, room and location made this a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. There was a wide selection of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, bus stops for the beach and airport are almost right outside. Staff were helpful, double room was spacious and balcony caught the sun in the afternoon and was a comfortable spot to relax in. Highly recommended.

Poor cleaning service

Housekeeping service is very poor with a lot of deficiencies. Not the cleanest place that I have ever been. Front desk people are very nice.

Nice hotel. Disappointing intertainment

The hotel structure is really good. The staff are just amazing. Working hard tomake everyone happy. The restaurant are good, loads of options but start getting boring after few days. The big disappointment was the intertainment. We arrived on solstice day. Loads of activities, loads of animators at night we had one cuban singer work together with more 5 animatores. Dancing ballons competition was amazing. The other day look like we was in different hotel. Just one animator. He work hard but not the same. At night we had one singer (poor girl) look like geriatric home. Was so boring and sad. No animators at night. Everyone went out to buy card games. Because not have nothings to do. And was the same for more 2 nights. In our last night we had a acrobatics circus. As well really good and everyone enjoy. *hotel manager. Singers not make intertainment. Is boring. Contract a big team and invest in games. We defo not come back.

Ganska genomsnittligt hotell, men likt mycket i Playa Del Ingles är det lite slitet och föråldrat. Bra med gansks stort poolområde och många solsängar. I vuxenområdet är det relativt lugnt men man hör mycket av trafiken. Vi hadde Superior rum på högsta våningen, men det var ett väldigt basic rum, obekväma plaststolar och sliten interiör.

El precio del hotel es disparado para ser un hotel de 4* y las prestaciones y como están las habitaciones , el aire acondicionado ni se nota , el buffet desayuno está bien , pero el personal deja mucho que desear de otros hoteles , porque no te dan ni los buenos días …. No volvería a reservar en este hotel
