Older property but very clean. Considering the location. I can't believe how quiet it was at night. Walking distance to just about everything and a quaint park right across the street to sit at in the evening and look across the city and see the castle lit up. Would absolutely stay there again.

The location was good, we had a wonderful view over the city, river and bridge, and breakfast was pretty good. The room was quiet, clean and spacious enough. The bathroom was also spacious and clean but the sliding doors were in need of some attention, they either got stuck or came off the rails a few times during our two nights stay.

It’s a nice hotel, the location is ideal. The rooms have a great view over the city and river, everything is clean and taken care of. However, the building is still under construction, so some things in the room were not finished yet. Surely these things will be sorted out soon. Great place for a quick stay in the city anyway.

Lisbon Boutique Hotel

The room and view was beautiful from this hotel. The location is excellent. Small draw back was the weird smell we encountered at night time. The hotel is very old but renovated and beautiful. The smell may have been as a result of old pipes…. Otherwise we loved it! Stayed on the 4th floor.

My husband and I stayed here in May 2025. Pros: - unbeatable location in central Lisbon - very clean with large rooms, firm beds, new windows, traditional wood shutters, tall ceilings and recently renovated bathrooms - room 508 had an amazing view over the city to the river Cons: - this old, narrow converted building has a tight small elevator - the rooms were created by merging smaller rooms - the furnishings were cheap - the entrance is on the second level and you need to be able to climb stairs - the service was professional and pleasant

Building is too old. Elevator did not work for a day making it so inconvenience for moving the luggage with the injured legs walking up and down the staircase. Shower pressure is weak and had to waited for at least 10 minutes before hot water come out. Bed sheet has stained on it and door could not be completely shut and did not make us feel safe. However, breakfast was decent and is good amenity to have.

Everything was great, except the fact that the building itself was under construction, which was not mentioned on the hotels page. The absolute best thing about this hotel is its stunning views of the entire city and the location. In addition, the reception staff (especially Alex) were so friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. However, the entire hotel is under renovation so it was nearly impossible not to run into workers, ladders, plaster or old toilets as I was trying to make my way thru the front door upon check in. I stayed thru all of this entirely because the view from my room was unmatchable. I am sure once the renovations are completed, this hotel will be amazing.
