We loved our stay at the Grove. So much for the kids to do. The pools were fantastic. Food at the pool was good. Good at dinner was tougher to get due to availability but you could easily cook your own meals in the room. The arcade was fun. Disney is really close by. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. We were surprised with how large the kitchen was and even happier to have full laundry in our room.

The Grove facilities were fun and family friendly. The staff at the waterpark area were friendly and nice. The front desk staff was a bit rude. We ran out of coffee and asked for a couple more KCups and were told no. Coffee in the morning is important.

Hotel room was very nice. In general hotel was a little confusing on getting around. Be aware even when paying fees on hotels.com you will still be charged resort fee during check in. They also charge you a $300 deposit for incidentals. Also, gratuity is taken for most purchases. They do offer shuttles to Disney but it is not all parks and you must reserve a shuttle, they don’t just show up and run constantly. All in all a solid stay but a lot of extra fees.

The wristband “tie” needs to be updated to the bracelet type thats rubber so you can actually take it on and off!! King bed in 4439 at Terrace needs to be replaced. VERY uncomfortable and seems to be broken. Staff very friendly. Room very clean and efficient. Will definitely be back
