Great little hotel

Lovely location & enjoyed our stay. The building is very dated but perfectly functional with a nice bar & restuarant. Close to all local amenities & a great place to watch the sun set.

8/10 Very good

Good location but overpriced to leave your boat in the water. They should have discounted deal with the marina if you stay at the motel

I love the old character and slightly run down aspect of this place but some may not. Its a relief to stay somewhere that isnt concrete and with beautiful natural surroundings

Overall a great place to stay...rented a pontoon from the marina and had a great day on the water.
Vickie, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The view from balcony was wonderful! Old hotel but everything worked well and beds were comfortable and room very clean! Restaurant right next door and close to many more. Quiet area so sleep not disturbed. Very relaxing.
Camilla, 2-night trip

Crystal River Manatees

The place is a 1950’s motel experience on the Kings Bay with coffee and donuts as complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant and tiki bar attached which are very good and right on the water. Tour and dive boats are available to see the manatees in an area viewable from the Motel. It needs renovations, but the location is perfect for anything you want to do.
Marilyn, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Loved that our door opened to the west with a little patio area. Appreciated how much they did after the hurricane.
Cynthia, 1-night trip

Nice stay

It was a very old hotel, but the room was clean and it's in a fantastic location on the water with a tiki bar and a very good restaurant .
Douglas, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location and beautiful view. Last minute reservation. The area was under construction as a new hotel is being built. We stayed in the old hotel. Which was still a great stay. Restaurant and Tiki Bar were great. And of course the Manatees!!
Julianne, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Place is old. Room was clean only made up 1 of the four nights I was there. The location is spectacular and the Waterfront Social Tiki Bar and Grill adjacent made up for other misgivings.
Marc, 4-night trip

The staff was very nice and friendly.
JULIE, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

They were very pushy to check in and check out. They need maintenance like serious maintenance to the point where it could be a fire hazard. Please see the photo of an electrical outlet that obviously has water damage. The TV didn’t work. We believe it is an outlet problem as well and the baseboard show signs of water damage.
Rafael, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

If you’re looking for a great view, friendly environment, and don’t mind a place without all the bells and whistles this place is for you. Very quaint. Probably wouldn’t please the kids as much as it would a couple wanting a peaceful getaway. We’ll use it again next year.
