This is the first time I'm staying at citizenM and I must say what an experience it was. From checking in to asking if I can have a late check out. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Bed was big and I was happy rolling in it. Shower was best ( I can hv disco light..😉) Its just a walk away from food and shopping area. Would definitely returned. Thank you

Location is awesome! The famous Jalan Alor food street is just a couple-of-minute walk away and everything in Bukit Bintang area is walkable, yet the area around the hotel is not busy. I loved the convenience and how clean, comfortable, and modern the hotel was. Food was pretty good and cheap, staff was friendly and very helpful, and the room was pretty and cosy. This accommodation is definitely good value for money!

Although tiny rooms but felt spacious with many places to put and hide your stuff like under the bed. Very clean and the breakfast was more than enough. I found this place to be so clean that I ended up using their towels and through all my life I don't think I have ever used a hotel s towels ever... They are also very all of them are very very friendly although initially they can be a little stuck on rules but that rapidly goes away as with conversation
