They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation until the next day. You guys need a way better system than the one you have, people need to be able to book with Expedia and just show up to the hotel. But the manager on duty that night told me “it’s not us, it’s your booking.” Like it was my fault for booking online. That’s a terrible way to talk to your customers.
