From the moment we arrived we were greeted to the afternoon we left we received excellent friendly service especially from Jose and Juan on reception. They made sure our stay was great. Good choice felt breakfast. Direct access to the promenade and beach.

A perfect place for families with children. Kids' pool area with water slides was great. Activities and program for both adults and children were well planned - especially Barcy was a huge hit for kids. Food options at the buffet were good throughout the whole stay. We didnt have a beach view balcony, but that didnt take anything away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The food was wonderful and plentiful.
There was entertainment laid on as well.
We joined in with the aqua aerobics which was fun. The entertainment staff have so much energy.

Biggest plus: location, pools, room and beach
Biggest minus: food - rather boring, repetitive and feels like defrosted (not self-made). Spain is not a buffet/all-inclusive country.
Bonus: Very good massage service, one of the best I have had in the hotel.
