Stayed overnight en route to southern Austria after a night flight into VIE. Hotel served the purpose of a cost effective, clean overnight stop. Breakfast selection was substantial with a large restaurant. Would stay again.

Good hotel in a good location, friendly and helpful staff with clean rooms. Can’t complain about anything! :-) The only thing I noted was that the parking garage under the hotel had rather small parking spots.

I had a fantastic girls weekend with my friends. The hotel was within 5 mins walk to the metro a 24 hour ticket costing 4.80 to the center. The hotel was cosy and warm, towels changed every day if you want, hotel supplied shower gel and hairdryer in bathroom. The hotel had a very spacious lobby which we returned to in the evening with full bar and food if required. I will definitely return to Vienna again and will also stay at theJUFA

I stayed four night with family. Not located very centre. However, very well connected to everywhere through tram/metro. Supermarket and varieties restaurant few minutes walk away. Overall hotel/room is perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast charged at 15 euro/person. Reception staff are very helpful. Luggage storage available.

The night Auditor on 8/27/23 - 8/28/23, is an amazing compassionate man, who helped 5 weary travelers who were abandoned in Vienna by Lufthansa to find a place to sleep for the night. Without him our night would have been completely disastrous. We are so grateful for him and for JUFA! THANK YOU!

Have stayed here a few times, I always wonder why there is no wash hand basin in the toilet, which is separate from the shower room. Also this time no kettle in room for making a hot drink.

I would recommend the hotel for value except during summer heat peaks. The staff is attentive and the service is good. The location appears safe and is only a 6-minute walk to the metro. However, if you are looking for air conditioning, the hotel rooms technically have it, though the low forced air is not very cool and the room can be warmer than the outside, which is why we opened the window in the warm evening, even at 28 degree C temperatures outside, and used a hotel fan to help circulate the air. Another thing is if you want to order food from the restaurant to go, you must sit in the restaurant serving area to be waited on prior to ordering. You can then ask for the food to go.

The room was hot, AC was not working. It was awful. I went to customer service to get a fan because the room was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in the heat. The representative couldn’t give me a refund because I booked our stay through hotels.com.
