Fabulous hotel, which was clean and spacious. Excellent value for money. Pictures do not do it justice
1-night trip

The room was a bit shabby, there is loud music from the bar that is heard in the room, the bed was lumpy/uneven, the hotel literally shakes when heavy vehicles pass, A plus was, There was sky sports playing most nights.

Very comfortable overnight stay, great choice for dinner menu & food was excellent. Staff lovely, room was spotless. Room got very warm during the night, but overall, would highly recommend & definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, clean environment, comfortable bed. Wonderful shower. Simple breakfast, but sufficiently filling. Free parking.

Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Stayed Friday and Saturday nights, so the bar and function rooms were busy both nights. The thump of music audible in the room until after 11pm. Didn't both us too much, but if this would be an issue for you you've been warned.

Great staff, great room, very clean and unfortunately I lost my wallet but I phoned up and they had found it and managed to get it back, very helpful and will definitely be back, food was delicious too !!

It was what it was. It was a room above a bar. It was cheap and close to the airport. The bed was uncomfortable and it was a little dirty.

Nice, pub / restaurant / hotel. Friendly staff and food / drink was ok. Lively bar but quietened down after 9. Rooms look to have been recently renovated. Cold buffet breakfast but you can get a hot takeaway breakfast next door. Will stop there again next time I'm in the area on business.

The room was absolutely frezzing cold to the point we actually had to sleep with our clothes and jackets on there was one radiator in a room that size definitely not pleased £70 for a night that that felt we were outside

Preferred my room with bathroom 2nd night I was in a room with shared bathroom other than that room was clean and comfy

Staff vere friendly and helpful. No heating or hot water as we arrived. When we asled we were told the owner controlled this from his phone. We attended a concert so when we arrived back to the hotel we were greeted to rave music. We consequently left that night and felt the 3 hour drive home at 2330 was better than sleeping there

I liked the fact that the hotel is a bar with rooms upstairs so you do not have to go out to get a drink when weather is bad and I do not like almost that same thing, if you want to get to sleep early it can be complicated. Fortunately they are super strict with the closing time and everyone in the bar is cleared straight so there is not noise at all or remaining people after finishing time.

Terrible service had to wait half an hour for night porter to let me in bar staff ignored me ringing the bell as they sat at the bar drinking it was midnight, not a good experience.

Good stay. Unfortunately left outside in the rain after we got back from a concert. We were told that a night porter will be on shift and we should knock on the door to be let back in to the hotel. After ringing the doorbell and knocking several times, we ended up being let in by what we assume was a drunk customer on his way out for a cigarette. No night porter in sight. Other than that, it was a great stay. Surprised complimentary breakfast which we weren’t expecting too. Nice room, very clean. Definitely good value for money

The property is in a run down area. The is no reception to check in? After asking customers at the pub bar, eventually a barmaid gave me a key. The bedroom was tiny and very cold. I asked about central Heating and was told they would have to text the owner to ask for special Permission to have heating put on in my room? Breakfast was almost non existent. Little boxes of cereal or ask the night porter after he’d finished his cigarette to make a piece of toast. Room wasn’t cleaned or replenished enough n 3 nights. Towels didn’t dry because the room was freezing. Most of the staff were plain unhelpful. The bedroom door had a dodgy lock and there’s was a gap between the door and frame. Dirty items such as lampshade, shower curtain and window curtains

Let's start by saying it's a budget stay to be clear. If your looking for a perfect posh hotel, not for you. Old character rooms will have heir cracks, but to us that is just charm. The bar below can be noisy until the12am close, but very minimal noise travels upstairs. Our room was freshly cleaned upon our arrival. Staff were more than happy to great us. We got lucky and got a room on the backside with our own bathroom. Saved us from street noise but honestly at bedtime the traffic is minimal. Beds were comfy, all windows could open providing fresh cool air to help sleep. The bar is lovely! Patio is great! Had dinner at the restaurant our last night and was delicious! Our service was fantastic and the chef was very happy to say hello to us! Awesome experience! I would like to say that Rohan was a true gentleman on our arrival (he is the owner's son), then I had the pleasure of meeting Jesh, the owner and again, a true gentleman. Nicola at the bar served my son his first legal beverage... She was a gem in every way from travel advice as well as check in, check out. If I'm ever here again, I would book without question. Everyone made us feel like family. Thank you Fullarton!

On arrival we were handed a key and told to go through a door and the room was upstairs, no very clearly marked on the key what the room number was. On entering the room it looked basic but clean bedding, on inspection there was no mattress protectors, there were clean towels but when having a shower there was no hooks or place to put your towel so had to balance it on the toilet seat. There was no where to put the hand towel either, poor! On further inspection there was mountains of dust behind the beds and on top of the on-suite, so much it would be classified as a fire risk and if like myself you have a lung condition you will find yourself with a tight chest and wheezing - health risk. The manager at the hotel was very apologetic and didn’t try to give excuses which I found quite refreshing. The breakfast was not acceptable, there was no dairy free options and then when we went to get our coffee it was instant.
