HORRIBLE experience! Pre paid for our room and had the confirmation on my phone, but when we arrived at the hotel, they didn't have our reservation. It took an hour to check in before we finally got our room keys! Our room was hotter than hell when we walked in and shortly after, realized the AC wasn't working! They sent a service guy up to check it and he said he fixed it and it should be cooling off in a few. Over an hour later, we were still dripping sweat and just wanted to sleep! We called the front desk and told them it still wasn't working! She said she would call back in TWO MINUTES and put us in another room! We waited another 30-45 min before I went downstairs to get our new room info in person. Took another 20-30 min or so to do that! They gave us a breakfast voucher for two and apologized for the convenience and we were finally able to go to sleep! The next morning, I went to get breakfast for my husband and me. It was only continental (literally muffins, oatmeal, fruit and toast). They would not allow me to bring my husband a plate to the room! Not even one muffin! They said we had to eat it in the courtyard! I've never in my 40+ years of
traveling, not been able to bring breakfast to my room- especially continental breakfast! Are you kidding me!? This place is a joke!
