OK Hotel in general with a friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel bed is actually not good, too soft and sagging. For sure not up to Hotel standards.

全体的に悪くはないが、いかんせん真冬のフランス、室内が非常に寒かった。 セントラルヒーターは設置されていたが、温度を最大にしてしばらく放置してもあまり暖まらず、若干凍えながら眠りについた。 自動販売機でペットボトルを購入した際、中で引っかかってどうにもならず困っていたが、スタッフがすぐに対応してくれた点はよかった。

Un recepcionista nada profesional

El recepcionista nos dio una habitación doble cuando teníamos reservada y pagada una habitación triple con tres camas. Al reclamar nos dio una habitación triple con las camas sin hacer y sin sábanas y al abrir el armario encontramos escondida la ropa de cama sucia. Posteriormente nos entregó sábanas para que nosotras mismas nos hiciéramos las camas. Al día siguiente hablamos con la recepcionista de la mañana y muy amablemente se disculpó y aceptó a petición nuestra los desayunos gratis de los dos días de nuesta estancia.
