Fantastic relaxing stay, nice clean beach.

Lovley place with super friendly and efficient service. The check in was our fastest ever still we felt very welcome. Speedboat out to the resort island and electric golf type cars the rest. The wonderland park out on the island is well run and maintained and worth a visit. Breakfast was good with great selection and never any waiting. We had BBQ on the pier one evening which was brilliant.

We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten. The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication. Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges. Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted. Long waits for buggies. The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra. Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.

3년만에 재방문하였습니다. 리조트 내에서는 편하고 쾌적하고 만족스러운 휴식을 취하였습니다. 다만, 스피드보트, 툭툭은 3년 전이랑 달리 서비스 기준이 바뀐것 같습니다. 럭셔리는 줄 안 기다리고 스피드보트 우선 탑승 했는데 이젠 똑같이 줄 기다렸습니다. 툭툭(리조트 밖 빈펄섬 이동)도 럭셔리는 3년 전엔 1가족만 있어도 즉시 출발했는데 이번엔 탈 때마다 10분씩은 기다린것 같습니다.

The service at Vinpearl Luxury was excellent, staff were always helpful and responsive. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One day, the toilet was clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly. My only real complaint was the trolley service. We had to wait every time we got off the boat or cable car, as Vinpearl Luxury was always the last to be picked up. Other hotels on the island had multiple pickups, while we often had to wait quite a while—one time, nearly 30 minutes just for the trolley to arrive.

Fantastisk service, fantastisk frokost, fantastisk plass! Hadde i utgangspunktet tenkt at jeg ikke ville bo på Hon Tre pga. mye mas med fornøyelsesparken. Tok taubanen over for å se på Vinpearl Harbour, så dette resortet - og booket meg spontant inn for en natt, selvom jeg egentlig sov på et hotell i Nha Trang. Det angrer jeg ikke på, var helt fantastisk å få slappet av her den siste tiden av oppholdet mitt i Vietnam. Vakkert resort, hvor de ikke har plass til så mange gjester - som derfor gjør det avslappende og rolig!

무조건 또 와야할 곳입니다

직원(하니)이 너무 케어를 잘해줘서 너무 편한 3박이 되었습니다.. 3박 빈펄럭셔리에 머물고 3박은 아미아나에서 지냈는데 빈펄에서 할걸 너무 후회가 될 정도였습니다. 방도 정말 크고, 럭셔리쪽은 독채 형식으로 되어있어서 정말 프라이빗했고.. 섬 안에 있는게 불편하지않을정도로 시설(하버 포함)도 훌륭했고, 버기도 수시로 준비되어 기다리는 시간이 거의 없었습니다. 다음번에도 나트랑에 오게되면 다른 리조트 다 필요없고 무조건 빈펄럭셔리 입니다!! 편하게 지내고 갈 수 있게 어레인지 해준 하니 및 모든 직원들께 고맙습니다.
