10/10 Excellent

Stayed for one night at the Robin Hood Inn while visiting friends in the area. The check in was quick and we were given a friendly welcome. The room was fairly small but suited us perfectly (2x people), it had an en suite and usual tea making facilities and tv. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. We didn't eat in the pub this visit, but there was food available which looked good. Considering we were in a pub I didn't hear any noise from downstairs, but then it was a Tuesday so wasn't very busy. Overall I found the stay excellent, especially for the price which was incredibly reasonable, and I felt better knowing I was supporting a small business rather than paying a large company. Staff went out of their way to look after us and I would certainly stay again when we next visit the area!

It was disappointing to find the pub had been notified that our stay and others we were with had been cancelled? Luckily as we all arrived for a wedding nearby rooms were still available. Staff were very friendly hoping to make our stay a goodcone.

GFOS stay.

Booked B&B 10 months in advance, but breakfast no longer available during stay. Rooms ok, warm but fan provided. Shower bijou!! Location ideal for us, staff fab, restaurant food lovely.

Working in area good place to stay

Working in area suited my requirements. Decent evening meal menu and good breakfast. Room comfortable nice shower. TV in room a bit on the small side.
Colin, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Room was a bit small but clean , a blackout blind in the bedroom would be ideal, curtains in the bathroom up against the toilet not very hygienic.
Garry, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Good size, light room (No. 6) and bathroom (powerful shower in bath) Medium sized, unmovable TV. Good bar and dining area. Friendly Chef. Great food, large portions.... Great Breakfast. Woods 2mins away for long walks (40 mins to a manor house)
