Great service, good rooms, and breakfast.

The checkin took a long time because of the passports, but the staff was very friendly and tried their best to accomodate us at a reasonable speed. I do really appreciate that. As for the rooms, they were nice and clean with a bidet and decent shower, etc. I have no complaints about the room, we have 4 twin beds and so it was super comfortable. Regarding the location, it was OK, not far from the border and some facilities, but a little further from the falls than I had hoped. In any case, we had a beautiful view of the city from there. Breakfast, as was always the case whenever I went to any place in Brazil, was top notch! Loved it, and thank you!

Roupa de Cama rasgadas e de muito uso, acordavamos sempre com o lençol fora do colchão, muito desagradável. Ao fechar a Conta do hotel, onde tinhamos que acertar o Estacionamento, foi cobrado mais CENTO E CINQUENTA REIAS, e Sem falarem NADA.So ficamos sabendo pq meu marido perguntou... Taxas de serviços, NAO OBRIGATÓRIA,... MAS NAO PERGUNTARAM SE QUERIAMOS PAGAR,FORAM COBRANDO. Nao achei uma Conduta Correta,POR MIM ,EU NAO PAGARIA, MAS EU NAO ESTAVA NESSE MOMENTO.. MEU MARIDO AINDA PAGOU METADE. E Estacionamento, acho wue poderia ser cortezia, hoje Infelizmente poucos hoteis oferecem estacionamento por conta da estadia.

Excelente hospedagem!

O hotel está ao lado da rodoviária internacional. Fica entre o centro e o Aeroporto, então o deslocamento para as atrações variam, mas bem tranquilo. Todavia, sempre fizemos de carro. O hotel é excelente. Quarto bem espaçoso, sempre limpo, atendimento um diferencial... Muito atenciosos.

Hotel para estadia rapida. Cafe da manha falta opções. Quarto confortavel. Ducha com pouca pressao. Cobra-se uma taxa que nao especificam antecipadamente e o valor é surpresa, nao se tem um calculo. Fiquei 3 dias me cobraram um valor, depois voltei e fiquei outros 2 dias e a taxa foi maior q a anterior. Vai entender. Paguei para nao criar confusao mas nesse hotel nao retorno.

Minha estadia foi péssima.Já fiquei no hotel outra vez . Levei amigos.Desta vez , levei os irmãos do meu marido e as avós . Uma das avós , 82 anos ficou doente no dia em q chegamos . O pessoal da recepção do hotel não pode nos emprestar uma colher para ela tomar o remédio . O hotel não serve nada de comida . A moça do café da manhã disse q iria abrir uma excessão para liberar o café para vc ela no quarto . Não tinha uma bandeija para eu levar o café . Tive q subir e descer em 3 etapas. Copos e pratos plásticos na mão . Se não bastasse isso , o Box do banheiro sem cuidados para idosos , fazendo com q ela tomasse um tombo , quando estava tomando banho e ficasse no chão por horas pq não conseguia levantar . Nem fomos falar isso na recepção , pq a equipe q estava lá a noite não era muito preocupada com hóspedes . Não forneceram nem uma colher e ao menos se preocuparam com uma senhora sozinha no quarto. O pior . Ao reservar o hotel . 4 suítes . A uma 3/4 meses atrás, pedi tanto para que colocassem todos nós num só andar . Na última vez q estive ai , fiquei num quarto q tinha uma porta q ligava num outro quarto . Pedi pelo whats, e nada fizeram.Falaram q está reserva era especia.Não vi no site q tinham quartos interligados.So vi l duplo quádruplo.Em fim,poderia pelo menos ter posto todos juntos num mesmo andar.Não é difícil isto para um hotel né? Sinceramente: Decepcionada com vcs! Lembrando q vou 3x por ano para Foz e ficamos sempre no Interludion. Lá é demais! Luz nunca mais
