Excellent breakfast buffet! The beach part has not enough water for swimming. Restaurant/cottages by the beach was great! Our room was also great , it was by the pool.

Overall, the room was nice (we stayed in a spa suite) and it was quiet, though we had lots of noise from the street from our bathroom and we could hear the noise from the pool as well. The food selection on site was expensive and not tasty at all- we had three different meals there and it was not good. We did have a facial at the spa and that was lovely. Overall, the pool and the beach were lovely, but I don’t think I would book here again

流石リゾートホテル、従業員の方の配慮が心地良く素晴らしい時間と空間を提供頂くことが出来ました。メインプールは工事中で使用が出来なかったものの、ビーチや他のプールで有意義に過ごすことができた。スライダーがまったく滑らないのはご愛嬌で、、、。一方、ホテルの外はツアーやバイクタクシーの客引きがウザかった。なのでGrabでタクシーをピックアップするかホテルステイをするのが良いです。

Clean, nice staff, nice room. Food not that good. Only the pizza is good. Bay was just okay. I bought a waterproof bag from the gift shop that was broken (seal at top at hole) but I didn’t find out until it was too late.

毎日きれいで目の前がプール、部屋の前にもテーブルと椅子、洗濯物干しがあって水着干せて最高でした！レストランも美味しかったし、喫煙所もあり、ホテル内に小さ目ですがこどもの遊び場もあり。ホテルの海は入らなかったですが、夜の散歩も出来ました。お土産やさんでアクセサリーも買えました。ホテル外のマリバゴグリルもブランコあり&雰囲気も料理も美味しかったです。セーブモアも徒歩ですぐ、換金もセーブモアで出来るので便利で、小学生の娘達も大満足でした！

シュノーケル目的で2025年4/23〜4/25まで2泊しました、ホテルのスタッフは、みんなフレンドリーでとても良い感じでした。朝方の到着でしたが、checkinは13時にアーリーチェックインさせて頂き、大変助かりましたが、チェックアウトは無料でできるレイトチェックアウトは12時まででした。(15 時までのレイトチェックアウトはプラス1300ペソとの事でした)また、1番安いタワー(湯船なし)から、ヴィラ(湯船あり)へ無償アップグレードして頂きましたが、結局、湯船は使用しなかった為、どちらが良かったのか分かりませんでした。残念な点は、プライベートビーチとプールです。シュノーケルが目的の旅だった為、多少はホテル前のプライベートビーチにも期待しましたが、浅瀬の砂地で、まるで魚はいません。子供が水遊びして遊ぶには適していると思われます。また、プールも3個ありますが、リゾートホテルとしては、どれも大きなプールでは言えず、こちらも子供の遊び場と化していました。(大人だけの旅には、ちょっと不満が残りますが子連れ旅には良いと思います) 立地は、歩いていける範囲内で、スーパー、24時間マクドナルド、有名なマリバゴグリルがあり、わざわざGrabを呼ばずに行動できるのは非常に良いです。

フロントの眼鏡をかけた女性スタッフの対応には、正直なところ驚かされました。接客業としての基本的な姿勢が感じられず、旅のスタートが残念なものになってしまったのは惜しい限りです。特に、対応の質がそのまま施設全体の印象につながることを考えると、もう少し配慮があればと思わずにはいられません。一方で、レストランの女性スタッフの方々はとても感じが良く、心地よいひとときを過ごすことができました。その温かい対応があったからこそ、余計にフロントとのギャップが際立ってしまい、残念な気持ちが募ります。施設全体の素晴らしさが、一部の対応によって損なわれてしまうのはもったいないことですね。

セブは2回目、初めてはプランテーションベイでした。今回は、こちらのホテルを選ばせていただきました。施設はリゾート気分を味わうには十分な感じです。施設内を移動するのにバギー（ゴルフカーと言わないと通じない）がありますが、スーツケースがなければ使う必要ない程度の広さです。ルームNo.131に6泊利用させてもらいました。部屋はとても綺麗で、使いやすかったです。ホテル中心部に当たる場所で、朝食会場から非常に近いです。ただ、朝食会場はランチ、ディナーの会場でもあり… 特にディナー時は、22時くらいまで毎日のようにライブを行ってます。音がかなり聞こえるので、赤ちゃんがいるならルームチェンジを依頼したかもしれません。また、20時頃よりシャワーや湯船で利用する、お湯の争奪戦が始まります。おそらく長屋で一つの給湯器を使用しているので、そうなるのだと思います。プールや海水浴の後の早い時間に、入浴をお勧めします。プライベートビーチは入り江になっており、浜辺で砂遊びには最適ですが、潮の入れ替えが出来ていないのか…水質が微妙です。水面が腰の位置に達する頃には、足元がドロドロとした物で動けなくなります。シュノーケルをするなら、プライベートビーチから1000ルピーで斜向かいの無人島に連れてってもらったほうが満足度は高いです。悪いことを2つ書きましたが、総合的に悪くなく、子供が遊べるプールには小さいウォータースライダーもあり、スタッフの皆様も親切に接してくれるので満足です。立地としては、22時まで営業しているスーパーも徒歩10分程度にあるのと、フィリピン料理屋のマリバゴグリルもあり、便利でした。

Overall, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained, especially considering the price. The cleaning was thorough and very well done. It’s still a great place. I visited with my kids because I had fond memories from 10 years ago, but now there are many more tourists than before, which is understandable. Still, considering the price, it’s a good choice for families with kids. The staff at Allegro Restaurant, especially D.paul, were amazing!

朝食付きでの宿泊でした。朝食メニューは充実しており満足ですが、あいにく冷房が効いている部屋内のテーブル数が少なく、外での食事は暑いためゆっくり食事が楽しめない事が有りました。しかし、ホテル全体としてじゃレストランやサービススタッフは全員素晴らしい笑顔で対応してくれ、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

I enjoyed the hotel, the staff was wonderful and the people who arranged out tours were also wonderful. The neighborhood is a little rough and you’re kind of far away from Cebu city if that’s important to you. I liked the stay and would stay again. And the buffets were delicious.
