Hotel it’s Nice , better breakfast ever , but the receptionist on the front desk are very rude and unhelpful, ( except the waiters on the restaurant area ) the lady who check people to breakfast wasn’t friendly and the elevators aways broke at least one of the 2 available , never come back for the rudeness

Localização estratégica próximo a varios locais de entretenimento e negócios, porém nas ultimas estadias o elevador deu defeito por maia de 24h e tivemos que descer e subir do nono andar, uma obra no terraço que é o atrativo do hotel não tem previsão de término e a higienização do banheiro não estava adequada deixando o banheiro com cheiro de urina. inadmissível.

Hotel pessimo, check in pessimo, só tinha uma pessoa para fazer demorou mais de 50 minutos para fazer, hotel diz que tem piscina e academia mas a piscina, academia entre outras coisas se encontram fechados, ar condicionado estava completamente sujo quando cheguei, televisão com a maioria dos canais ruins, a cama faz um barulho terrível parece que vai quebrar, muito desapontado!

Se você deseja ficar hospedado próximo ao consulado o hotel tem uma ótima localização, mas tem péssimas condições. Não fizeram trocas de toalhas mesmo sendo solicitado. Roupa de cama e banheiro sujos, copo com marca de batom e atendimento deixou a desejar também, demoramos mais de 40min para fazer o check in, isso seria facilitado se tivesse o pré check in virtual. O hotel tem condições para melhorar, só precisam melhorar esses quesitos.

Fiquei 2 noites e não foi feito o serviço de quarto .. não sei se precisa requisitar …. Faltava toalha de rosto e piso no banheiro ( precisei pedir … era um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e uma delas com o colchão afundando ( difícil dormir bem ) . O banheiro molhava o chão toda vez que tomava banho ( vedação do box precisando ser refeita )
