Hotel was amazing. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location is ideal for most tourist spots. A lot of restaurants within walking distance (5min or less). Room was clean and spacious.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well, good coffee and an omelette station. It’s a brand new hotel, the only complaint I have was the floors were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been mopped in between stays.

All was great! The room was very clean! The bed and pillows were great quality. The shower had two heads and a lot of pressure. We were greeted at the door and at the elevators. Check in was easy and professional. The gym was large and had a lot of equipment. Location was grea!!! Close to great shopping and many many great restaurants!

I really enjoyed my stay here from check in to checkout. The staff was friendly, courteous and very attentive at the buffet breakfast and the food was delicious with enough choices. There was online check in and check out so that made the process seamless. The property is relatively new and is kept in immaculate condition. It is also close to some of the popular tourist attractions- CN Tower, Scotia Bank Arena and close enough to train stations. Rooms were comfortable and were cleaned daily during our 3 day stay. I would definitely return if I had the chance.

Had a great stay. Was only staying for one night but, the hotel had amazing employees from check in to check out. The room was clean, modern and the stay included a complementary breakfast. The breakfast exceeded all expectations i had. Not only was there plenty of staff assisting my partner get seated. The breakfast included a wide variety of breakfast food and beverages that were Consistently replenished by the staff. This all made the stay feel like a complete experience. My partner and I loved it and would definitely stay at a Riu hotel again in the future!

I stayed there 3 nights and my first night was the grand opening of the hotel. Everything was brand new, all great to have "new" stuff. The sheets will soften up with washes, the towels still had so much lint from new-ness. Should probably run those through a couple more short wash/dry cycles. I was covered in lint after showering and if you wear contacts like I do, it was awful. Overall the hotel is wonderful, room was very nice space, mattress was comfortable. They just had a few things to work through being new and all.

The breakfast was exceptional, we were traveling with our 10 year old grandson and he mentioned it was the best he had ever been to. The staff at the hotel were so kind, very friendly, and continuously were asking if there was anything we needed. This was by far the best place we ever stayed at for service. Also the location was ideal for our travel plans. Thank you.
