Loved all of the pool options, something to suit every member of my family. It is in the heart of surfers paradise so no need for a car and check in was easy. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious

It was convenient and in walking distance of Cavill Mall which is what we wanted. We could hear some local noise at night because of the area it is in but it didn’t stop us sleeping in our comfy bed. The breakfast was wonderful and the meal at night in Catch restaurant was excellent. Plenty of local ice-creameries , gelato and frozen yoghurt.

Our apartment was 10/10 as well as costumer service. Pools were absolutely freezing and not swimable. We have a 10 month and 26 month old and there wasn’t any facilities safe for them eg playground, locked area around the pools. No park space or playground either walking distance from the hotel.
