We had another wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Marrakech. The experience was, as always, exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—several even remembered us from previous visits, which made us feel truly welcome. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and looked fantastic, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was both luxurious and peaceful. The food was of excellent quality throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Beautiful resort, amazing service!

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms. All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

Good stay but would probably try the Oberoi or The one and only. Staff friendly but sometimes slow and forgetful. Bit of a faff checking in but not terrible just unorganised.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été particulièrement impressionné par le professionnalisme et la courtoisie de M. Badr, à la réception. Son sens de l’accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention aux détails ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon expérience. La chambre était élégamment aménagée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, offrant un cadre reposant et raffiné. Je souhaite également souligner l’excellence du personnel du restaurant Quattro, dont le service irréprochable et la convivialité ont été très appréciés. Les mets proposés étaient savoureux et servis avec beaucoup de soin. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour toute personne à la recherche d’un séjour alliant raffinement, confort et service de grande qualité.
