Great location. We were on 4th floor, no elevator so required a bit of walking up and down. Easily walkable into all parts of old Quebec City.

Cristina, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Great location! It was very easy to walk around the old city. There was no staff on hand, but answered questions via phone. We didn't get new coffee mugs or coffee pods after the first night, but were easily able to get what we needed. I would stay here again.
Nicole, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Cozy, charming, and conveniently located! An older hotel for sure, but everything was in decent condition and clean.
Daisy, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

Very convenient location. The staff at Hotel Arcadia was very helpful & friendly. I think his name is Charles. However, room is very small & not sound proof. Strange smell when coming in to the main area from outside.
Nancy Gek-Mui Lua, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This is such a wonderful hotel in a GREAT location. It is a self-checkin style hotel so there is no normal lobby with hotel staff, however, I received multiple emails in advance plus a number to call if needed. Parking is about a 5 minute walk to a main parking garage. Room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again!
Leonard, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Nobody to greet us at front desk upon arrival. We were prepared for that - but worried about how we might contact a person if there was a problem. Great location for old town Quebec. And older heritage building - many stair to climb to our room.
Valerie, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great location charming older building but 2 flights of stairs to our room and no elevator. Not a problem for us. We would stay here again.

Amazing location. Close to everything. Clean and charming. I would recommend to friemds and family. I will stay here again!
Dan, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the old city and walking distance to main street and square. The hotel is clean and the room spacious, however it definitely needs to be fixed up. The ceiling and mirror in our room were cracked and the bathtub was all scratched. Despite these deficiencies, I would still recommend this hotel.
Marla, 2-night trip

Unique beautiful building
Brooklyne, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Beautiful and well maintained Victorian building. There is no on-site staff and it is difficult to get assistance. Emails are only responded to with a generic boiler-plate welcome message and no useful replies. The description states there is limited in-site parking but when I called for clarification I was told no parking at all. The lot behind the building was vacant but I was told it was not available.
Jason, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

I wasn't too sure about the idea of not being greeted by someone at the door, but I got used to it. The room was a little small, but it had everything I needed. My room was closest to the entrance door, and it would shut loudly whenever someone came in during the night. I had no issues during my stay, however my friend did and it was hard for her to reach someone over the phone. I wish someone had been more readily available to answer questions.
Chloé, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Cute little place
Melanie, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The location of the hotel was fantastic. The room itself was not as represented on the website. It was very small, with no dresser or drawers. The comforter had a large stain, towels were visibly dirty, and the shower had quite a lot of mold. There was a shard of broken glass on the sink. The equivalent of one full outlet was available for electronics. For a four day stay, we were given less than one roll of toilet paper. Staff were helpful to resolve the toilet paper and comforter problem.
Andrew, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great location, big rooms and space for our family
Heather, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great place, perfect location

Great place. Very clean, incredible location. Walking distance to the whole old town. There is no actual lobby if you care about that but the code gets you in and your room key is there and ready for you. There was nothing bad about the stay there so I was unsure about some of the negative comments I saw.
Matthew, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The best thing about this property was the location! It was ideal for us going to Carnaval! And all the restaurants in the area were fabulous: L’omelette and La Buche were our favourites.
Jessica, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I would highly recommend this hotel .
Joseph, 2-night trip

Christopher, 1-night trip

This hotel is amazing! We had a gorgeous view of the Frontenac and it was very clean. Was the perfect distance from everything.
