Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor Overall a great place - just that minor thing that luckily we resolved (by saving the messages !)

Quiet location on headland adjacent to sea. Some building work in grounds in progress (new conference centre) with crane and some associated noise but not intrusive - September 2024) Good buffet breakfast. Short stroll into Petrcane bay with a handful of small bars and restaurants open. Regular nightly entertainment in bar / main public space area, so noisy and difficult to avoid without sitting outside. Not impressed by attention to cleanliness in room / bathroom during and between stay. Staff friendly. Tip: Ask hotel to arrange taxi transfers - €55 to/from Zadar airport - as we had to pay €85 from airport (after initial quote of €100.

Hotel schön renoviert, die Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich, das Essen lecker - aber leider zu viele Familien mit Klein-und Kleinstkindern und entsprechend der Trubel bei Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir haben ein Standard-Zimmer gebucht, wussten vorher nicht, das wir ein Fenster deshalb mit Ausblick auf eine Mauer bekommen würden. Das es keine hoteleigenen kostenfreien Liegen am Betonstrand gibt, war auch für uns unüblich. Es gab zwar einen Vorzugspreis für Hotelgäste aber nicht free of charge. Wir denken das wir nicht wiederkommen werden, da gibt es ruhigerere Angebote.

Typisches AI/ HP Hotel - wer es mag!

Eingangsbereich sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Restaurant zwar groß, aber viel zu überlaufen. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker. Getränkepreise etwas zu teuer. Zimmerausstattung gut, man hat viel Ablagefläche. Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Keine Handtücher für den nicht vorhandenen Strand. Zu wenige Liegen, auch da alles sehr überlaufen. Anreise mit Auto schwierig, viel Verkehr und wenige Parkplätze. Kleine Meile mit einigen Shops und Minimarkt vor der Tür.

Bra bemötta vid incheckning. Väldigt bra läge och parkering fanns precis utanför med möjlighet för skugga. Mycket nära stenstranden, vilket var toppen med hotellets egna solstolar. Hotellrummen är lite äldre. Det enda negativa var middagsbufféen som var fullständig mayhem med mycket folk och hög ljudvolym. Maten kan vara bättre för ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

Abbiamo trovato tutto che si cerca in un hotel : pulizia, accoglienza, piscine e spa bellissime, vista mare e tramonti mozzafiato, personale alla reception cordiali e camerieri davvero molto gentili e sorridenti, ma prima di ogni cosa una cucina eccellente. Hotellin aulatilat tosi hienot ja hyvä palvelu. Myös varaamanne huone oli moderni ja kiva. Hotellin ulkoalueet meren puolelta on kuitenkin melko betonista ja kolkkoa ( maisemat on upeat) vähän terveyskylpylä -tyyppisesti (suurin osa vieraista myös melko iäkästä, joten ei mikään menopaikka tämä)ja brittimusiikki pauhasi tosi kovaa joka paikassa. Allasalue on todella pieni, toisin kuin kuvista voisi päätellä. Paljon lapsiperheitä altaalla, joten ei mitään mahdollisuutta mahtua uimaan sekaan. Myös aurinkotuolit on maksullisia koko hotellin alueella. Ravintolat palvelivat nopeasti, siitä plussaa. Iso työmaa-alue hotellin alueella hitusen häiritsi, kun sirkkelit ja porat jyräsi, mutta tuo rakelma valmistunee talven 2024 aikana.

Noisy and not cleaned well

The hotel lobby is nice but the rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly. The floor in our room hasn't been mopped once in 10 days and the toilet bowl was only cleaned once. The pool was too small for the size of the hotel and the number if guests. Breakfast and dinner were nice but overcrowded and the service was lacking. Playroom for kids is aimed at smaller kids but still fine. Hotel lost electricity 7 times during out stay and water once, But not for very long. The elevators are way too small and got broken daily. Hotel is very noisy and full of kids so if you don't have kids find something else. If you are like us forced to cater to a child then it's fine. But overpriced for the quality and service.

Fint hotell med bra läge. God frukost och trevlig personal. Härlig reception och bar att hänga i. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett tvåbäddsrum som var fantastiskt fint.
