The hotel and its staff are simply superb. Special shout out to Malawa who was the restaurant manager who went above and beyond taking care of me during my visit.
Check-in was friendly and efficient, the rooms were comfortable in the housekeeping, staff superb!
The morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And overall wonderful day I’ll be back on my next trip to Madrid.

Breakfast was ok but not more, we missed fresh vegetables and more options.
Usually when you have a pet with you, hotels in Spain brings to the room a dogbed/ blanket, bowls and sometimes treats, but not here so that is an suggestion to do.

This was a quick sleep stop between train and plane and I didn’t have expectations, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, the bed and bedding was divine and the shower was lovely, unlike typical hotel showers. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a taxi from the station to the hotel and another from the hotel to the airport were both easy. Highly recommend.

Good value for money if you see the crazy prices of hotels in Madrid. Friendly staff and OK hotel if you just stay there to sleep. The room is literally just a bathroom which is normal size but the room itself is just a bed. No desk or chair

When I checked in I went to my room. It had been assigned to someonr else. Went back down to desk and they changed me to a room on a different floor. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and the bathroom floor had hair all on it.
