Horrible place

Do not stay here, place was filthy rooms were half way renovated and staff is extremely unprofessional. They have not returned my deposit and there’s no way to reach them.

The AC was not good at all. The box kept running making more noise and when it shut down the humidity came back.

The property is very well kept and staff gave exceptional service. I have a disability and they carried my bags in and out the room for me. The outside of the property don’t let that fool you. I checked around at different properties and stayed put. Anything needed they provided.

Over it was ok hotel , stay was really friendly and nice. But the hotel itself needed a lot of work done. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling , the toilet kept clogging up ( we didn’t put paper down the toilet it went in the trash). Not to mention the pool broke down so so it was unavailable, breakfast was ok it ran out really quickly for a week day .. good thing the shower was awesome not to mention the bed were super comfy .. everything else in the room was really good.

The staff wasn't available, and office door was locked. The $50 cash fee for incidentals and you get it back after the room is inspected was odd or wait 7-21 days for Creditcard use was the pitch. Room was ok.

Will book with a different hotel next time. First, there was no tv in our room, second the shower/tub handle fell off every time you touched it, third the ac unit barely worked and in south Texas ac was a must. That’s just a few but there was more. Won’t stay again

The 1st room the door didn’t close so when we got there in the middle of the night and storm the floor was all wet, we couldn’t lock our room. The shower head was missing and the knob was broken off. 2nd room was better but then we didn’t have hot water and showered with cold water. The breakfast provided was ok! Overall would not stay there again? NO

Dirty facility and and poor reception

This facility is very terrible they don’t clean, they refuse to change our beddings, sweep or take out trash, we called the front desk and complained but no one came.The trash stayed 3 days before someone came to take the trash out. The reception was poor and the man from the front desk was very rude towards us.

Our experience was not the greatest. The room still had dirty belongings in it from the person before the floor was never cleaned toilet didn’t flush unless she flushed it three times bathroom door wouldn’t shut the refrigerator still had old food in it. We could not swim in the pool because it was very, very murky with a lot of dirt settled on top

Well front desk lady was horrible didn't let us know anything about the hotel or where was the rooms at. And then the keys didnt work. And they couldn't both rooms that was recirved next to each other because they were booked and since they couldn't open the door to one of the rooms they ended up giving us the rooms next to each other and then latet at night we saw a mouse and all we got back was a sorry couldnt even get to talk to the manager smfh

Once we got checked into our room, we noticed there was no water. The front desk said it would be about 30 mins before it would be back on, maintenance was being done to a pipe leak. There was a small, dead roach under the AC unit. The day was good at that, until late into the night when we heard a "pop" come from the bathroom area..I got up and didn't notice anything, until I opened the fridge, and it was not a fridge, it was a freezer unit. All 5 shelves in the "fridge" now contained frozen water bottles, frozen coffee creamer, frozen energy drinks and frozen soda..One of the sodas had exploded. There was only one dial for the settings, and it was either "off, 1 or 2". I tried both settings and neither seemed to keep our items from freezing, so we spent the next few days without using it. And no, we did not have the time nor energy to find a new room or hotel, due to us being there only for our sons Air Force Graduation, or else we would have found a different place to stay.
