The room was fine and comfortable. The hotel is located relatively close to lots of restaurants and sites of interest. I wish the room had been ready on time and that front desk staff was more aware of helping customers.

Very nice size room! Very clean and appears to be a part of the old city. The only wrinkle is the lack of an elevator and having to haul luggage up stairs. Fortunately there are some strong young people to help with the luggage. Staff is very pleasant indeed!

Fantastic location with THE nicest staff. We showed up several hours early and were able to have breakfast, store our luggage, and enjoy Quebec before we checked into our room. Breakfast was great each day. Truly the staff made it a 5 star stay.
