New hotel with great staff beside Ben Thanh

A gem right beside Ben Thanh, surrounded by so much good food. New hotel with great facilities and a wonderful breakfast spread - you can choose from the buffet spread AND order from a menu where your food is freshly prepared. From the front door, you can look inside Ben Thanh! I loved how they contacted me before my stay and offered airport transfers which were ever so slightly more than Grab. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and amazing new hotel

From the moment I stepped through the charming door to the hotel I felt very welcome by Kati Ng and her colleagues. The procedures are working even though it’s a brand new hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Mi. Then it were also amazing to be able to dip in the rooftop pool after a 48 hours travel. So the hotel has my warmest recommendations.

The property was very nicely decorated and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast food was very gooad and there was a new variety of choices everyday. The roof top bar was under slight construction but was very nice. I have stayed at fine hotels all over the world and the staff and service at this hotel was by far the best I have ever experienced. The location was close to shopping, dinning, and entertainment.

The place is modern, exceptionally clean, and located right in the heart of the city—perfect for exploring. What really sets it apart, though, is the staff, especially the front desk team. They are energetic, welcoming, and genuinely care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Amazing Hotel

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with a nice drinks. staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome ( this is our second time to stay in this beautiful hotel) Everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and attentive – they truly made our stay feel special. Kati made sure that our room is ready before we even arrived. I told Kati that I need a spa after a long day and she made me appointment right away and she even called me to reminded me for my spa appointment. She is very attentive and made you feel at home. Room is very clean and cozy perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The amenities were absolutely fantastic. From the well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa (must try) It’s clear that the hotel team takes great pride in providing exceptional service and creating a memorable guest experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free getaway!

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it extremely convenient—just a few minutes’ walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping areas, and popular streets for strolling. The space is new, clean, well-equipped, and modern. Although it only opened about two months ago and is not yet 100% complete, everything is neat, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. What impressed me the most was Ms. C. Linh, the manager—very professional, attentive, and experienced in the hospitality industry. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade and an early check-in upon arrival, which made me feel truly valued. Ms. Đào at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and cheerful, always greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile. This is definitely a place worth returning to on future trips!

3 nights in Ho Chi Minh

We spent 3 nights here on a tour of Vietnam in July 2025. This is not a big hotel and some minor work was still going on whencwe arrived. We had a Junior Suites for 2 adults and 2 late teenage children, which were absolutely fine. Everything was modern and clean as it had just been through a refurb. We tried the spa for a massage on the last day as it had just opened, which was great. We used the rooftop bar on 3 occasions, great service and excellent views across the.city over to the River Saigon. The location of this hotel is superb, immediately opposite Ben Thanh market with so many souvenirs, shirts, etc. Many of the major sites (Imdependence Palace, War Remnants museum,etc) are walkable. The breakfst was very good and the staff could not do enough to help. It was a good hotel but all the staff from the doormen, reception staff, breakfast team, bar staff,.everyone! They made this an excellent stay.
