Great Place for Family Trip

The hotel is next to Kobe Port Tower. You can walk to Umie Mosaic and Motomachi. The hotel offers a free shuttle service between the hotel and Sannomiya which is very convenient. You get free water with the room service. The room is clean and quiet.

Amazing from the moment we stepped out of the taxi to when we left the hotel. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Made us feel valued and special. Beautiful room with great views. Feel well Kobe

My wife and I spent just one night after long time no visiting at Kobe. But we enjoyed the familiar place, food, and hotel. The polite service of the hotel made us feel at ease. Thank you to all the staff 妻と二人で久しぶりの神戸旅でした。一泊でしたが、懐かしい土地と食事、そしてホテル。丁寧なホテルの対応にホッとさせられました。スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。

Lovely hotel and our room had great views over the harbour. Only 5 minute walk to Chinatown and shopping areas. Port and City loop buses stop right outside hotel and give easy access to Various areas and to Shin-Kobe station for Nunobiki Falls and herb garden which are well worth a visit. Only slight downside was the elevated roadways near the hotel.

The hotel rooms were a great size for Japan and we were glad we chose to have the breakfast included. There was a language barrier but the staff did their best to help us. The free shuttle to Sannomiya station was really helpful and we used it several times

The room I stayed in had plenty of space for luggage and leg room to walk around, perfect for at least two people. Very comfortable. Room service was very good too! Only warnings I'd give is that the property is a little bit far from the stations. You can still walk to them but it might be a bit of a walk unless you're willing to taxi to them and back. Taxis regularly stop in front of the hotel so they're easy to get.

Very big hotel. Twin standard room was very big. Very comfortable. Vibe is more towards older / sophisticated / formal. We didn’t do more than sleep there. Breakfast buffet was twice what paid in Kyoto so we skipped it. Easy walk to China Town / JR line station. Shin line is farther, not walking distance. Lots of restaurant's in the area. We day tripped to Himeji and Osaka from Kobe. Good location.
