Everyone at this hotel was so friendly and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had never been to Italy, but they made us feel right at home and even helped us find the better restaurants in the area. A delightful place to stay in the heart of town. It is close to everything. The proprietor is delightful! She did not speak English but worked hard use translation software to communicate. I highly recommend!

It was a very nice stay. Lots of room and plenty of extras. One issue that needs to get to management and not the fault of the hotel, is that my rental car was keyed on both sides the last night there. Please let them know.

This was the best experience at a hotel we've ever had. The ladies at the desk, concierges better describe them, were fabulous! They had an answer for everything, very helpful. The place was new and spotless, super breakfast accomodating every taste, and they have recycling bags set up in the room. We had spent 6 nights previous in other hotels wondering where to put what can or bottle. We rode bikes, that they provided, in the area. Our window looked upon the pre-Dolomites which were spectacular! And there was A/C in the room! Unusual for Europe. We never wanted to leave and highly recommend!!
