楽しい旅行になりました！

プールすぐそばの更衣室が温泉エリアで動線が非常に良かったです。 旧館に宿泊しましたがとても綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。 また、部屋の中でレストランの混み具合が把握できたり、レイトチェックアウトもワンタッチでとても良かったです。 インクルーシブのホテルはとても貴重で、 家族へのサプライズで伺いましたが子供たちが喜びとても良い思い出ができました。 ありがとうございました。

全体的に満足度は高い

旧館の西館はフロントがある東館から歩く。大浴場や売店も全て東館にある。 ビュッフェ会場は東館と西館の間、連絡通路にある。食事は地の物を多く使っていて、本当に美味しい。 ただ時間制ではないので、会場が広い分ピーク時には人が溢れ、カオス状態とまではいかなくても、いろいろ目立つ。テーブル上の食器類の片付けが追い付かず、欠品のおかずは補充されるのに待たなければならず、1台しかないコーヒーメーカーには行列ができる。スタッフさんが大変そうだし、落ち着いて食べたいので、個人的には時間による入れ替え制の方がよい。
